Return and Refund Policy
We care about our customers and want to ensure you're satisfied with our products! We guarantee a 100% refund on undamaged product returns. If the returned products are damaged, we still guarantee at least 80% refund. Returns will be accepted as long as they're initiated within 7 days after the delivery date. You will be responsible for the return shipping label. Once you have mailed the return, please email us the tracking number to [email protected].
Apparels and Custom Apparels are made to order, hence their sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Privacy Policy
We do not collect or share any customer data, besides what Big Cartel and its apps require.

Terms of Service
Royalz is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement for custom apparels. Any images provided by the customer for custom apparels assumes that the customer has full legal rights to use that image.
Royalz reserves the right to deny service, to any customer, at its discretion.

Shipping Policy
The standard shipping may take up to 5 business days.
The standard processing time is up to 2 business days before shipping and the processing time of custom apparels is up to 5 business days.
Royalz will not provide shipping for customer returns.
